Cancellation of Order
If the item is not shipped, the order will be canceled.
Domestic Shipping
All orders will be shipped same day if the order received by 1:00 p.m. Central Time or 1 business day after.
Free shipping for all orders over $68 within United States.
Orders under $68 will have a flat fee of $4.49 or you can select USPS shipping charge.
International shipping:
Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number of the package so that you can track your package.
Once order is shipped it may take 1 to 4 business days. Orders outside the US may take 4 to 7 Business days by Express Mail.
Korea: Flat fee of $15
If you are not Korean and want to receive the package in Korea, your passport no. will be used as a personal unique custom code. You may send us your passport no. when you complete the order.
All returns & exchanges can ONLY be processed by Acutouch.com.
Part of our commitment is to assure you do not receive any defective products.
If you have received defective products, you must notify us immediately. Once having contacted us we will send you a return label at our expense. Once the product arrives at our facility, we will investigate the product.
You have 30 days upon the confirmation of delivery to contact us to request Return and you need to return it within 7 days.
If you’re returning a product, the product should be the original condition and you must have its original packaging that was sent to you.
There will be a 10% of a restocking fee of the original value for Genesen Acutouch Pointers.
You will be responsible for the original shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days or more. This time period includes the transit time that your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage. You must send Genesen Acutouch Pointers via registered or insured post due to the cost.
